Viktor is an Agile Coach, software developer, and Certified LeSS trainer with 25 years of experience in delivering enterprise systems and Agile adoptions. He worked first 15 years in The Netherlands, and since 2013 in Hong Kong.

He brings Agile adoption and practices to organizational (management & product ownership), team, and technical (software development practices and operations) levels. Topic 1: Real Agility Requires Organizational Change

It is well known that many agile transformations, especially in large companies, do not deliver the expected benefits or completely stagnate in adopting good practices. This talk will explore in detail why organizational change, what kind and a huge difference between real change and mostly change theater. The audience will be able to distinguish between the two and understand why that difference matters.

This will be your COVID-19 vaccination. It will not fully protect you, but at least help a bit in recognizing nonsense.

Topic 2: Going Beyond Cross-Functional Team

In the keynote I will talk about why real change matter. But, in reality, really simplifying organization is anything but easy. It takes time, patience and a lot of experience. We will talk here how to take step-by-step approach, different dimensions of change, all from experience from many large companies that went through it. How to go from just cross-functional teams towards teams who work directly with users/customers, coordinate themselves, organize delivery of large and complex objectives, have whole product focus and full end-to-end responsibility across many components.
